Once a System Built Format has been set-up for a client, Country Cabin Log Homes will draft a Purchase Order listing the product deliverables and the terms of the sale, while the house plans are being updated to reflect any changes. We will send the purchase order to the client for signing.
Once the client has provided Country Cabin Log Homes with a signed Purchase Order, a set of updated House Plans, and a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total project price, our company will begin milling and manufacturing the building. It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete a custom project; however, the terms for delivery will be listed in the purchase order.
Choice of having your home constructed on Country Cabin Log Homes site prior to shipping to ensure there will not be any potential construction problems at your end site.
Once Country Cabin Log Homes has completed the custom building, the client must pay the remaining 50% of the total project price prior to shipping. All prices are in United States currency and payments must be either by certified cheque, bank draft, or wire transfer to our bank in Omak, Washington. |
